Welcome to our higher level study courses. These advanced level courses are designed for students wishing to study at a higher level than our standard level 3 study programmes and are intended to suit students whom already have some background knowledge in the relative field, either from self interest, employment in the related area, or from previous study.

The Higher Diploma is designed as a professional level course, for those intending to work as either freelance or commercial designer/consultant within landscape gardening and garden design. With professional designers earning between £25 and £45 per hour, there has never been a better time to join this exciting and rewarding industry. Drawing on a wide range of resources and contributors, if you want to learn about all aspects of modern garden design and landscaping, with a view to working in this stimulating and rewarding environment, then this course is for you. Duration: Approximately 400 hours home study. Students work at their own pace, but by working 5 to 6 hours per week can expect to complete the course within 12 months.
Assessment: Continuous: 12 marked assignments
