Welcome to our higher level study courses. These advanced level courses are designed for students wishing to study at a higher level than our standard level 3 study programmes and are intended to suit students whom already have some background knowledge in the relative field, either from self interest, employment in the related area, or from previous study.

This advanced level programme takes the student on an comprehensive introduction to both early European history and field archaeology.

This course presents a challenging view of both the field science and the history it helps recreate. Together we learn about Europe's past, its history, people and culture and the recovery and restoration of the physical echoes they have left behind.

Students study the following listed topics in easy to learn stages, their performance being assessed by the marked assignments, all completed within your own home. Diplomas are issued upon satisfactory completion. Details of the topics which are covered within the course syllabus are listed below:

HIGHER DIPLOMA IN EUROPEAN ARCHAEOLOGY
Duration: approximately 400 hours home study. Students work at their own pace, but by working 5-6 hours per week can expect to complete the course within 12-18 months.
