Fellowship study programmes and are intended to suit students who already have some background knowledge in the relative field, either from self interest, employment in the related area, or from previous study.

Without doubt the most comprehensive course in Ancient World Studies we have ever offered for home study, the programme allows suitable students to gain a thorough working knowledge of the culture, principal monuments and surviving antiquities of each of the main Ancient World Civilisations. Topics covered within the course include detailed sections on the Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Ottoman, and South Americans, each section consisting of a comprehensive study of the changing culture, myth, religion and history across the period.

Presented in our standard flexible study format, the course is intended to last approximately 18 months. All materials and supporting text books are included and assessment is on a continuous basis with 12 marked assignments and a final thesis.
